Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell and side band playing Colorado’s Ride Festival in July

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell will be getting back to performing again this summer when he hits the stage with his side project, The Dirty Knobs, at the seventh annual Ride Festival in Telluride, Colorado. The event is scheduled to take place July 14 and 15, and popular jam band The String Cheese Incident will headline both days.

Other artists on the bill include Sheryl Crow, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Grace Potter and the late George Harrison‘s son, Dhani.

Tickets are available now at Eventbrite.com, including single-day tickets for Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th, general-admission weekend passes and VIP weekend passes.

Campbell has been playing shows with The Dirty Knobs at least as far back as 2001. The Los Angeles-based rock group describes itself as “the dirtiest band in the land.”
