After being closed down since mid-March, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is finally re-opening its doors!
The Cleveland museum will re-open this Monday, June 15th, with several restrictions in place.
First and foremost, visitors must buy tickets in advance online and choose a time slot when they can enter. Face masks will be required and temperatures will be checked before entering.
Inside the museum, foot traffic will be kept moving in one direction with hand-sanitizing stations throughout the building.
Organizers hope to operate the museum at about 50% capacity.
The Rock Hall is also providing early access available at 10 a.m. for teachers (Mondays), vulnerable fans (Tuesdays), Rock Hall Members (Saturdays) and healthcare workers (Sundays).
The 2020 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony – honoring a class that includes San Jose’s Doobie Brothers – has been postponed to November.
