CNN and “Sesame Street” Coming Together To Host A Town Hall On How To Discuss With Children

If you are finding it difficult to talk to your children about racism, Sesame Street is here to help.

This Saturday, the legendary children’s show is teaming up with CNN for an hour-long town hall to discuss the topic.

It’ll be called Coming Together: Standing Up To Racism.

Big Bird, Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and Rosita will be joined CNN’s Van Jones and Erica Hill to answer questions submitted families.

“The show will talk to kids about racism, the recent nationwide protests, embracing diversity and being more empathetic and understanding,” an announcement by CNN read.

If you have questions of your own, you can submit them to potentially be answered during the special by filling out a form on CNN’s site.

The special will air at 7am this Saturday.
