Who says a mouse can’t fly?
Just when you thought that Disney had it all, there’s a rumor going around that they’re adding more in the form of their own airline!
Disney has dabbled in the world of aviation before, releasing Planes in 2013, but this time the company will be investing in something a bit flasher than a crophopper. According the site, JustDisney.com, key areas for the airline service would be New York, Chicago, Detroit, and Los Angeles.
Even though there hasn’t been an official announcement just yet from Disney, JustDisney.com is saying each seat will have access to Disney’s new streaming service and a collection of Disney hit songs will be played while you board and disembark. Flights will be visited by some of Disney’s favorite characters, and the pilot’s address from the cockpit will come from none other than captain Buzz Lightyear.
The airline is expected to be operational in 2021.
