Entering The Battle Of The Fried Chicken Sandwiches, McDonald’s!

A new challenger is throwing their hat in the battle of the fried chicken sandwiches!

Hailing from the Golden Arches, home of the Big Mac…it’s McDonald’s!

McDonald’s is gearing up to release a new chicken sandwich early next year, hoping to compete against Popeyes and Chick-Fil-A.

The new chicken sandwich will feature a fried chicken filet served on a buttery potato roll, topped with butter and pickles. A deluxe version will be available with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Originally to be released this year, McDonald’s delayed the release of the sandwich because of the coronavirus and will wait until next year when dining at restaurants should increase.

As tasty as this sounds, I hope this doesn’t mean the end of the McChicken.

What are you more likely to get at a fast-food restaurant, a chicken sandwich or a hamburger?
