Golden State Warriors Make A Big Splash; Agree On $215 Million Contract Extension With Stephen Curry!

For the next four seasons, Stephen Curry is locked into the Golden State Warriors!

Yesterday, Steph and the team agreed on a $215 million, four-year extension that’ll keep him in a Warriors uniform through the 2025-26 season.

Curry, who is entering the final year of his previous contract, will earn $48 million for the 2022-23 season, then $51.9 million in ’23-’24, $55.7 million in ’24-’25 and $59.6 million in the final year of the deal.

The new deal will also make Steph the first player in history to have two $200 million contracts.

In July 2017, he received a $201 million, five-year deal that initially was the richest deal at that time.

It was only a matter of time before a new deal got done for the 2-time NBA MVP.

Last season, Curry averaged 32.0 points, 5.8 assists and 5.5 rebounds and shot 42.1% from 3-point range. He won the league scoring title, was selected to his fourth All-NBA first team and finished in the top-three in MVP voting.

I guess you can say he’s made quite the…”splash.”
