And…they’re off!

In Georgia, a car thief somehow managed to make off with a NASCAR racer that was parked in front a Cracker Barrel store.

The race car and trailer, which belonged to the Mike Harmon Racing team, stopped at the store in Kingsland, GA while traveling home from Daytona, FL.

Surveillance video shows someone getting in the silver 2000 Ford F-350 and fiddling with the ignition before pulling off.

According to the filed police report, the total cost of the stolen property is over $400,000.

Team owner Mike Harmon says he hopes to get a backup car ready in time for a race this weekend in Dover.

He is also is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the recovery of the vehicles and equipment.
