You always picture actor, Peter Fonda, as the free spirit in the 1969 film, Easy Rider. It’s hard to believe that he was nearing 80 years old when he passed away Friday, August 16th of lung cancer. Peter came from a family of movie stars being the son of Henry Fonda and the younger brother of Jane Fonda. His daughter is actress, Bridget Fonda. He has been active on screen, as a writer, and as a director since the 1960s. His film, The Last Full Measure will be out in late 2019 and another, Skate God, is in pre-production and due out in 2020.
According to People Magazine, Fonda’s family said, “While we mourn the loss of this sweet and gracious man, we also wish for all to celebrate his indomitable spirit and love of life….In honor of Peter, please raise a glass to freedom.”
