I don’t know about you but I’m ready to have someone else to do all the little things in life that I don’t want to do like folding laundry. I’ve got a pretty good system on how I fold laundry. I take the clothes out of the dryer and then throw them in a corner of the room. I leave it there until I’ve used all the clothes that were in the pile making the pile of clothes disappear. Now once in a while I get the notion that I could hang them up or fold them and put them nicely in a drawer. This feeling quickly passes once I see my fiancé pile of clothes laying in her corner that is twice the size of mine. You know what, that’s being generous. Lets say her pile is 3 times the size of mine and there are Sherpas guiding tourist up to the peak of her pile of clothes. So far no one has died on the trek to the top.
Since I don’t plan on putting any effort into folding and hanging clothes it needs to be handled by someone else. I, for one am ready to hand that off to a robot servant. Enter Laundroid, the first fully automated laundry folding robot. All you have to do is take your laundry and shove it into one of Laundroid’s drawers. Laundroid will scan the clothes and then fold them for you. Once the clothes are folded you can place them nicely in one of your drawer………or just throw them in the corner again. Laundroid will only cost you $16,000. That’s a mere drop in the bucket to never have to fold laundry ever again.
