What are you eating and cooking these days? All of the sudden, I feel like I’m in the middle of an an episode of ‘Chopped’ and ‘Doomsday Preppers’! It’s time to go through through the fridge, freezer and pantry and prioritize the foods that are perishable and cook those first. I discovered turkey cutlets and salmon in the freezer and decided to cook up fresh spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes and couple it with brown rice. With all those goodies, the yield was fun little freezer meals for 10 dinners.
It’s a great way to cook up a bunch of food, dirty your kitchen just once, and concentrate on all that other stuff you finally have time to get done around the house. Laundry, closet organization or maybe just binge watch Tiger King on Netflix!
