The sequel to the critically acclaimed Train to Busan
West Wind Drive-In Theatre in San Jose will offer a special limited run of the long-awaited Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula, sequel to the 2016 critically acclaimed Train to Busan, which will also show in this exclusive double feature.
“We are thrilled to be screening Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula,” explains Nancy Crane, VicePresident of Operations for West Wind Drive-Ins and Public Markets. “This is the California premiere, and we are lucky to be able to show it as a double feature with part one of the series, Train to Busan.”
Peninsula was selected to be shown at the 2020 Cannes Film Festival but plans for the festival were scuttled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is now scheduled for an exclusive three-day run August 21, 22, and 23 only at the West Wind San Jose Drive-In.
