Splashing His Way Into History! Stephen Curry Becomes Warriors’ All-Time Leading Scorer!

It was an historic night last night for Golden State Warriors star, Stephen Curry.

Not only did he lead the Warriors to a 116-107 win over the Denver Nuggets and racked up an astounding 53 points but he also became the team’s all-time leading scorer!

Early in the first half, Steph drove to the hoop for a layup to accomplish the feat.

As he trotted back on defense, he gave a flexing gesture and pointed to the sky.

He passes the legendary Wilt Chamberlain, who had 17, 783 in a Warriors uniform.

“It’s crazy,” Curry said. “Anytime you hear his name, it’s kind of daunting because you know his records are so hard to — some of them are even impossible to eclipse, I think. You understand how great of a player he was.”

Before the night was over, Steph would bring his total up to 17,818 points.

With 18 games left in the season, he has a chance of eclipsing 18,000.

His current average this season is 30.4 points per game.
