Remember when you were on those long road trips as a kid and your dad would threaten to turn the car around if you didn’t behave?
Now imagine that on an airplane!
That’s exactly what Delta Airlines did last week when two passengers refused to wear a mask after two passengers were “non-compliant with crew instructions.”
The flight returned to it’s departure point of Detroit before taking off again for a delayed arrival in Atlanta.
Virtually every airline now requires all passengers to wear facemasks on board.
Delta requires a ‘virtual medical evaluation’ for any passenger claiming to have a health condition that prevents them from wearing a mask.
It is just the latest in a series of issues involving refusal to wear face masks during flight. This has also happened to American and Spirit Airlines.
