The Search For San Jose’s New Landmark Has Narrowed Down To Three Choices!

After years of planning and consideration, the search for San Jose’s new, iconic landmark has been narrowed down three finalists.

The Urban Confluence Silicon Valley, the team responsible for choosing from more than 900 entries from 70 countries, made the announcement in a virtual event last Friday.

Each finalist will receive a stipend of $150,000 to develop their project proposals for the rest of the year.

A 13-person committee will then select the winner in the first quarter of 2021.

The winning landmark will be constructed at Arena Green, the city-owned park across the street from the SAP Center.

Here are the finalists:

Which one do you think best represents the spirit and energy of San Jose?
